Art Béton Concrete Coating is real concrete that adheres to all surfaces. It is designed to be applied in 2 thin layers of 1 to 2mm each. Pay particular attention to the edges, apply an additional thickness to avoid crossing the concrete during sanding.

SURFACE PREPARATION

On new gypsum، pull them as if painting، on mdf or other material، joined with grid fiberglass tape. Apply the Art Béton Primer to the entire surface to be covered. Allow to dry until a translucent film is obtained before applying the Concrete Coating.
On ceramic or any uneven surface, apply PRE-STEP 1 Leveler.

CONCRETE COATING PREPARATION

Empty the Concrete Plaster into a suitable boiler of 7 liters or more. Add the necessary water. Mix with a mixer to obtain a homogeneous paste. Scrape sides well while stirring. Make sure to obtain a perfectly homogeneous mixture and that all the pigments are dissolved.
*** Once mixed, the concrete hardens in less than 3 hours in the boiler ***.

APPLICATION OF CONCRETE COATING

Apply a thin layer about 1 mm thick with a trowel or trowel. Make half-moons in all directions with the trowel. Gaps will be filled in the 2nd layer. Soften the raw edges with the spatula. Let dry until pale (about 2 hours, speed up drying with a fan). Apply a 2nd coat with the trowel by making half-moons, texture if desired. A 3rd coat can be applied if needed.

FINISHING

Wait until the next day in order to have optimal drying, sand the surface with 120 grit sandpaper to soften the edges and then with 180 grit paper. For a very smooth finish, use 320 paper. Proceed with sealing the concrete following the instructions in steps 3 and 4.
CLEANING: Clean the instruments with water while the concrete is still fresh.
